Clindamycin 300 mg, orally, twice a day for 7 days; or 2% clindamycin ointment, vaginally, once a night for 7 days.

4. Senile vaginitis

To treat senile vaginitis, local medication can be applied in the vagina, such as flushing the vagina with feminine care solution or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution once a day to increase vaginal acidity. For patients with more severe inflammation, estrogen therapy is used as an adjunct. 0.125-0.25 mg of diethylstilbestrol is inserted into the vagina once every night, and one course of treatment is 7 days.
