Having a child and becoming a mother is a very happy thing. Some people are older and still want to have a child of their own, but they find that they are born with premature ovulation, which will have a certain impact on their pregnancy, but they don’t know what causes this disease. I have sorted out some information and hope that the following information can bring some tips and help to everyone. 1. Infection: Viruses such as herpes simplex virus and mumps virus can cause ovarian inflammation or immune ovarian damage, leading to premature ovarian failure. The decline of ovarian function is a gradual process. The vast majority of patients experience infrequent or irregular menstruation before the onset of premature ovarian failure. They may also experience perimenopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, sweating, irritability, and forgetfulness. Women age noticeably, have dry skin, and are more likely to suffer from osteoporosis. 2. Iatrogenic premature ovarian failure. Removal of both or one ovary before the age of 40 may cause dysfunction of the ovaries and other tissues, leading to premature ovarian failure. In the past, it was believed that after removal of one ovary, the other ovary could maintain normal endocrine function. Recent studies have found that after one ovary is removed, the hormone secretion of the ovary decreases, and the chances of osteoporosis and menopausal symptoms increase. In addition, invasive surgical procedures, such as repeated artificial abortions, should be avoided as much as possible; 3. Idiopathic premature ovarian failure. It is a secondary amenorrhea with no clear pathogenic factors and is the most important type of premature ovarian failure. It usually occurs during the childbearing age, and clinically presents with gradual or progressive infrequent menstruation, followed by amenorrhea accompanied by menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and irritability, and the internal and external reproductive organs are in a state of atrophy. 4. Immune factors: Most immune diseases such as thyroiditis can be combined with premature ovarian failure. Premature ovarian failure is generally considered an autoimmune disease, which may be an immune oophoritis of the body against its own ovarian tissue caused by viral infection. All immune diseases are accompanied by autoimmune phenomena, or more than one disease may exist at the same time, manifested as polyglandular failure syndrome. Because of the presence of anti-ovarian antibodies in the serum of patients with ovarian autoimmunity, lymphocyte infiltration may be seen in ovarian biopsy. It may be caused by surgery or radiotherapy affecting ovarian blood supply. It may be caused by congenitally too few follicles or excessive stimulation of gonadotropin which accelerates follicular atresia. 5. The infertility rate among modern people is increasing, and some women are forced to use ovulation induction methods to increase the chance of pregnancy. However, if this practice is excessive, it will be very harmful to the ovaries. 6. Excessive weight loss leads to a sharp decrease in body fat. When the fat ratio is too low, it will affect the level of estrogen in the body. Because the main raw material for synthesizing estrogen is fat, insufficient body fat will lead to insufficient estrogen formation. The decrease in estrogen will cause menstrual disorders and even amenorrhea. Abnormal amenorrhea will inhibit the ovulation function of the ovaries, easily causing premature ovarian failure. If not treated in time, it may even cause infertility. Premature ovarian failure will aggravate menstrual disorders, thus forming a vicious cycle. 7. Modern women are in fierce competition. Due to excessive mental stress, it will cause autonomic nervous system dysfunction in the long run, affecting the endocrine regulation of the human body, resulting in premature decline of ovarian function, reduced estrogen secretion, and early onset of menopause. 8: Bad habits such as smoking and drinking can also lead to premature ovarian failure, because the nicotine in cigarettes and the alcohol in wine interfere with normal menstruation and cause menstrual disorders. Congenital premature ovarian failure is a common phenomenon among older people. Now our survival pressure is relatively high, and many people choose to work overtime occasionally, hoping to have more considerable income, but these considerable incomes will also cause certain impacts on our physical health. Now the number of infertile people is gradually increasing. Congenital premature ovarian failure is largely caused by this condition. |
