Night girls are prone to 4 diseases

Night girls are prone to 4 diseases

The sudden appearance of eye bags and dark complexion... are the pain points of many women who are accustomed to staying up late. However, long-term irregular life will not only make women look old, but also bring many gynecological diseases. Let’s take a look at what gynecological diseases women may suffer from if they stay up late for a long time.

1. Irregular menstruation

Bad living habits such as early menarche, endometriosis, negative emotions and stress, estrogen secretion disorders, frequent use of air conditioning, and lack of attention to dietary regulation may all cause irregular menstruation.

The cause of persistent menstrual disorders needs to be found out. If excessive menstrual bleeding is caused by hormonal imbalance, the appropriate treatment should be given. In some cases, the contraceptive ring causes inflammation of the uterine cavity, resulting in bleeding, which will return to normal after stopping use. If the bleeding is caused by functional disorders, you can receive Chinese and Western medicine treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

2. Gynecological inflammation

Due to busy work, people are used to solving some minor health problems by themselves. In the face of frequent gynecological inflammation, women should use antibacterial drugs under the guidance of a doctor and must not handle it on their own.

Among gynecological inflammations, vaginitis, cervicitis and pelvic inflammatory disease are the most common.

Patients should strive to eat a light diet, lead a regular life, not use sanitary pads, change underwear frequently, wash the vulva with clean warm water and keep the body dry and clean. If the condition is serious, do not handle it on your own and go to the hospital for correct treatment in time.

3. Breast Diseases

Negative emotions in work and life cannot be vented, frequent shallow sleep and dreaminess, smoking, drinking and other lifestyle habits can easily have a huge impact on breast health. The most common breast disease in women is lobular hyperplasia.

Breast self-examination can help detect breast lesions early. Choose 7 to 10 days after the onset of menstruation, and carefully observe whether your breasts are symmetrical, whether your nipples are inverted or elevated, and whether there are local depressions or other abnormal changes in the breast skin. Then lie on your back on the bed and touch the entire breast and armpit on the other side with both hands to check for any abnormal nodules. It is recommended that female friends undergo a molybdenum-palladium examination every six months. In life, we should pay attention to regulating our emotions, releasing stress in time, and developing good habits of a regular life.

4. Uterine fibroids

Extremely irregular work and life, bad living environment and lifestyle, blind weight loss, and disruption of the normal metabolism of hormones in the body have become important causes of uterine fibroids.

If women notice one or two of the following symptoms, such as menstrual changes, increased vaginal discharge, pain in the waist and abdomen, hard and uneven lumps in the lower abdomen, or a feeling of bladder pressure, they must be vigilant and go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time to avoid delaying the disease.
