It is recommended that if you want to eat stinky tofu, it is best to buy those produced by regular manufacturers; but don't eat too much, because the reason why stinky tofu stinks is undeniably that its smell contains protein decay products - amines, which can react with nitrite to form nitrosamines (strong carcinogens); when eating stinky tofu, it is best to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, because fresh vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C, which can block the formation of nitrosamines.

As for whether you can eat stinky tofu during menstruation, it is actually not recommended. Women should eat more vegetables and fruits during menstruation, pay attention to a light diet and avoid eating irritating foods, and keep warm. Women with dysmenorrhea should pay more attention to dietary adjustments.
