1. Prepare Materials


2. Remove the toenails from the duck feet, wash them, put them in the pot, and add appropriate amount of water.


3. Bring to a boil over high heat until the duck feet change color, remove them, wash with water, drain and set aside


4.Put oil in a clean pot. Add star anise, cinnamon, pepper, bay leaves and duck feet from step 3


5. Stir-fry for a few minutes until fragrant, then add cooking wine and stir well.


6. Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir well to color


7. Add ginger slices, garlic, dried chili peppers, salt and rock sugar and stir well


8. Pour hot water to the same level as all the ingredients in the pot


9. Cover the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for about 25 minutes until the soup is dry.


Simple method 2: blanch the duck feet first, then add sugar color, add star anise, cinnamon, whole yellow dried pepper, a little salt, mix the sugar color evenly, add some water to cover the duck feet, cook on high heat for 5 minutes, turn off the heat, let the duck feet slowly simmer in it, and after half an hour, adjust the seasoning and you can serve.


Adult ducks are omnivorous birds that can eat many things, including small fish, small shells, fish grass, green grass, and grains. Duck feed can be bought everywhere and is inexpensive. Ducks can be raised anywhere as long as there is a place. Ducks have strong disease resistance, so there is no need to worry about eating sick ducks.
