Women have a constant urge to urinate

Many people know that drinking more water is good for the human body, but if you don’t drink water and experience urinary urgency and frequent urination, we should pay attention. Nowadays, many women are troubled by the problem of not being able to hold their urine. We should note that different patients with frequent urination and urgency may have different ultimate causes. Ladies, why can't you hold your urine?

Women's physiological structure is very special. If the secretions are stimulated to the urethral opening, especially for women who have sex, it is easy to have symptoms of frequent urination, urgency, inability to hold urine, and painful urination. That is, it is because bacteria have entered the urinary system, causing urethral infection in women and eventually inflammation. The reasons why different women cannot hold their urine in their daily lives are different. For some patients, it is due to reduced bladder volume. If there is a space-occupying bladder, tuberculous bladder contracture, compression of the enlarged uterus during pregnancy, or relatively large bladder stones, women may be unable to hold their urine.

Some women also experience psychoneurotic urinary frequency. This type of urinary frequency only occurs during the day or before falling asleep at night. It is a manifestation of tension and anxiety. At the same time, patients may be accompanied by inability to hold back urine and painful urination. Inflammatory irritation can also cause patients to have difficulty holding urine. When there is inflammation in the bladder, the threshold of the nerve receptors is reduced, and the urinary sensory nerve center is in an excited state, which makes it easy to have difficulty holding urine, and the amount of urine is relatively small. For example, pyelonephritis, urethritis, vulvitis, etc. can all cause urinary incontinence. Inflammatory irritation can also cause women to have difficulty holding their urine, such as foreign bodies and urethral stones. After these symptoms occur, women are prone to symptoms of urinary urgency.

Here are the reasons why women always feel they can't hold their urine. If you find that women can't hold their urine in daily life, you must seek medical treatment in time to avoid missing the best time to treat the disease. At the same time, you should also pay attention to not eating spicy foods or irritating foods when you can't hold your urine to prevent the symptoms from getting worse. It is best to have a light taste in your diet.
