What does it mean when a girl's legs are turned inward?

What does it mean when a girl has pigeon-toed legs? It doesn't necessarily mean nothing. Physiologically speaking, it is a bad habit caused by long-term walking habits. However, from a social psychology perspective, people who walk with their feet drooping for a long time (mostly women) have a sense of insecurity and are probably more introverted!

"Bow-leggedness" is a skeletal deformity of the lower limbs, which is divided into two types: "outward bow-leggedness" (i.e. "X"-shaped legs) and "inward bow-leggedness" (i.e. "O"-shaped legs). Generally speaking, "outward-turned feet" are common in children who are learning to walk, while "inward-turned feet" are common in children who have already learned to walk.

The main cause of "splay feet" is children's "calcium deficiency" (i.e. vitamin D deficiency rickets). At this time, children's bones become loose due to a sharp decrease in high-quality protein and excessive cartilage proliferation. In addition, children have just begun to stand up and learn to walk, and the loosened lower limb bones are like tender branches that cannot withstand the pressure of the body. Therefore, they gradually bend and deform, resulting in "splay feet". In addition, inappropriate parenting methods may also cause "splay feet", such as "candle wrapping", forcing the baby to stand up and walk too early or for too long, etc.

To prevent "bow legs", first of all, we must prevent children from "calcium deficiency", which can be prevented by more sun exposure and appropriate intake of vitamin D preparations such as fish oil. If you have already suffered from "calcium deficiency", you should go to a reliable health care organization for regular examinations and treatment. At the same time, do not force your baby to learn to walk entirely on his own too early or for too long, and do not "candle bag" your child. If "bowing feet" has already occurred, active treatment is necessary. First of all, the primary diseases such as "calcium deficiency" of the child should be actively treated. At the same time, massage and training of the thigh root muscles can be used to correct "outward bowing feet" and massage and training of the inner thigh muscles can be used to correct "inward bowing feet", which can also achieve certain results.

It can be seen that splayed feet are not easy to be inherited by the next generation. It is caused by the lack of hourly calcium, so adults cannot correct it!
