Heavy menstrual flow that doesn't stop

I believe that many women have encountered the problem of heavy menstruation and no menstruation before, but how did everyone deal with it at that time? Did they do nothing, or did they see many doctors before dealing with it? Nowadays, many women still have such problems, so today I will talk about: How to deal with heavy menstruation and no menstruation?

Heavy menstrual flow and no change

The first day of spontaneous bleeding during menstruation is the beginning of the menstrual cycle. The interval between the first days of two menstruations is a menstrual cycle, which is generally 28-30 days. The length of the cycle varies from person to person. Most normal menstrual periods last for 7 days, with an average of about 5 days. It is normal for menstruation to be advanced or delayed by about 7 days.

Gynecological diseases are the key reason for unclean menstruation, the most common ones are endometritis, pelvic inflammation, uterine polyps, cervicitis, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, vaginitis, etc. These gynecological diseases can cause prolonged menstruation. If not treated in time, they are likely to worsen the condition and even cause complications, seriously threatening women's reproductive health.

Endocrine disorders can cause irregular menstruation, and irregular menstruation is a common symptom of irregular menstruation. If the menstruation is long, the amount of menstrual blood is small, and the color is dark, it is likely caused by luteal insufficiency. Due to the inappropriate function of the corpus luteum, the secretion of estrogen is reduced, resulting in a shortened menstrual cycle and a prolonged menstrual period. In the first few days of the menstrual period, brown discharge is often present, and normal menstruation will occur after a few days.

Generally speaking, insufficient progesterone metabolism in progesterone after ovulation or premature contraction of progesterone leading to delayed growth and development of the uterine wall is called luteal insufficiency. Patients are very likely to experience decreased menstrual cycles, repeated miscarriages or infertility.
