Intermittent urination The overseas "interrupted urination" exercise can also develop the tension of the muscles around the vagina. The method is: do the intermittent urination exercise when urinating, hold back the urine when urinating is halfway, and then continue to urinate after a short pause. Repeat this process. After a period of exercise, the muscle tension around the vagina increases and the vagina becomes smaller. Vaginal flatulence is an expression of physical weakness, relaxation of the vaginal wall and pelvic tissue, and some neurotic symptoms. It often occurs in postpartum women with weak constitution, depression, and obstructed Qi circulation. According to Chinese medicine, the main cause of vaginal flatulence is gastrointestinal disorder, which leads to failure of clear Qi to rise, failure of turbid Yin to decrease, Qi circulation disorder, downward discharge of stomach Qi, failure to follow the normal path, squeezing out the front vulva and causing vaginal flatulence. It cannot be cured and sometimes recurs. It is recommended to pay attention to hygiene on a daily basis. If women have Trichomonas vaginitis, it will aggravate the condition. The most important thing is to do anal contraction exercises after giving birth to increase the compressive strength of the muscles around the vagina and repair the strength of the pelvic floor muscles.
