I haven’t felt like eating for a long time. I’m so worried! Will the human body go downhill? It is said that women will also feel nauseous and retching when giving birth! Could this be a sign of pregnancy? What are the symptoms of early pregnancy in women?

Symptoms of early pregnancy include missed menstruation, nausea, enlarged breasts, nipples and the color of the nipples will continue to darken, small nodules will appear around the nipples, and even breast pain, and sometimes even a small amount of milk can be squeezed out. In addition, you may also experience fatigue, frequent urination, nausea, dizziness, gluttony or anorexia, sensitivity to smell, stomach pain or constipation, mood swings and irritability, changes in body temperature during ovulation, pain in the high waist, implantation bleeding, weight gain and weight gain, stretch marks around the abdomen, discoloration of the vaginal mucosa, etc. If you are unsure, you can use a pregnancy test strip to measure.

In the early stages of pregnancy, you should avoid overwork, rest more, get enough quality sleep, and control your sexual life. When you feel very tired, you don't need to take a shower, but go to bed and rest as soon as possible. Pay attention to maintaining smooth bowel movements. If bleeding occurs accompanied by lower abdominal pain, fatigue or soreness in the waist, you should see a doctor first. Do not take X-ray examinations or take medicine casually, especially avoid fever and colds. In addition, smoking and banquets have adverse effects on the fetus, and both are not suitable for trying. If you have small pets such as cats, dogs or birds at home, you should minimize contact with them to prevent infection with Plasmodium falciparum.

There are many symptoms that women may experience during early pregnancy. The first sign is amenorrhea, followed by nausea, retching, and loss of appetite. Symptoms such as love of sleeping will continue to occur. If you have the above conditions, congratulations, you have a baby.
