In daily life, some patients feel something on the anus and think it is a cyst, but in fact most of them are called anal papilloma. How to differentiate between cysts and papilloma? What are the differences?

1

The anus is located in different positions. There is an anus dentate line, above the dentate line is the mucosa, and below is the skin. The anal papilla is located at the tooth line of the anus. It is 1.5 to 2 centimeters inside the anus. The cyst appears below the mucosa above the dentate line, higher than the papilloma.

2

The covering tissue is different. Anal papilloma is covered by skin, while cyst is covered by mucosa. The duodenal mucosa is about 12 cm long, and cysts are more likely to grow in the duodenal mucosa.

3

Different symptoms: cysts are easy to bleed, anal papilloma is covered by skin and is not easy to bleed. Apple: Cysts are painless, anal papilloma is painful.

4

The results are different. Anal papilloma is not easy to lesion, but cystadenoma-like rectal polyps may lesion. Cystadenoma generally has a high recurrence rate after surgical removal, while inflammatory cysts are generally less likely to recur after removal.

What is the photo of a woman with anal polyps? Anal polyps refer to new microbial species that grow on the anal canal or duodenal mucosa. Most of them are pedunculated annular or oval lumps that can penetrate into the intestine and move up and down. The vast majority of its pedicle is caused by the intestinal mucosa being lifted due to flexion and extension of the stomach or feces. Anal polyps are mostly caused by chronic irritation from feces. They are common good tumors, but very few may become malignant. Anal polyps are more common in the anal region, and multiple ones are extremely rare.

Causes

There are many factors that may cause anal polyps, such as nutritional factors, inflammatory stimulation, feces, foreign body stimulation, mechanical damage, and genetic factors.

Clinical manifestations

1. Blood in the stool

Painless blood in the stool is an important clinical manifestation of anal polyps, but some patients may never have symptoms of blood in the stool. The bleeding in the stool of the cyst is less, but if the cyst falls down due to squeezing during defecation, or if the cyst is large and low in location, it may cause more excessive bleeding. The characteristic of blood in the stool is that there is blood but it does not cause bleeding.

2. Prolapse

When anal polyps are very large or numerous, the intestinal mucosa is stretched and flexed due to the interaction force, causing it to gradually separate from the muscle layer and relax. The patient's defecation posture flexion and extension and gastrointestinal stimulation can relax the mucosal layer near the base of the intestine and cause prolapse of the duodenal mucosa.
