Woman's back pain

If the pain in the upper right back is severe, it may sometimes affect the normal diet and daily life. Women, in particular, are also prone to this kind of pain. For example, common cervical spondylosis or a sprained neck can also cause pain. Of course, it does not rule out back pain caused by periarthritis of the shoulder. It can be seen that the causes of pain are varied.

1. Back pain caused by cervical spondylosis; cervical spondylosis occurs in the cervical vertebrae, why does it cause back pain? However, few people know that the posterior branches of the spinal nerves of the fourth, fifth, and sixth cervical vertebrae extend to the back and control the skin and muscles of the upper back. When degenerative changes occur in the cervical vertebrae, if the posterior branches of the spinal nerves of the fourth, fifth, and sixth cervical vertebrae are extended, back pain will immediately occur. In fact, neck and back pain, upper limb weakness, finger numbness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, blurred vision, and slurred swallowing are all symptoms of cervical spondylosis.

2. Back pain caused by sprained neck and stiff neck; due to poor neck movement or poor sleeping posture, some muscles are twisted, the pain involves the latissimus dorsi, the course of disease is short, the pain point is fixed and located at the injured part of the muscle, which is more common on the inner and upper side of the shoulder bone, and is accompanied by muscle spasm. You can touch the cord-like muscle bundles with obvious tenderness, and the movement of the neck and back is significantly restricted.

3. Back pain caused by rheumatism; Rheumatism is mostly an autoimmune system disease, with a hidden and slow onset, a long history of the disease, and it damages the joints, bones, muscles, blood vessels and related soft tissues, which can cause a certain degree of back pain. The back pain will be aggravated by cool weather, cold and damp weather.

4. Back pain caused by frozen shoulder: Frozen shoulder can cause shoulder pain. As the disease progresses, the pain range will continue to increase, and some patients will experience back pain.

5. Back pain caused by ankylosing spondylitis; patients with ankylosing spondylitis will experience diffuse or persistent back and waist pain, pressure pain in the transverse process, stiff back and waist muscles after getting up in the morning, aggravated back and waist pain when leaning back, improved after activity, and easy fatigue after standing or walking for a long time. Patients often present with restricted lower back and lumbar movements. Routine physical examinations may reveal tenderness in the transverse processes of the intervertebral discs and paraspinal muscle spasms. In the middle and late stages, muscle atrophy and even kyphosis may occur.
