Can the infusion open the fallopian tube?

Can the infusion open the fallopian tube?

Hydrotubation can sometimes open mildly blocked bilateral fallopian tubes. Some fallopian tube blockages are caused by mucus in both fallopian tubes or a small amount of uterine wall tissue blockage. If a pressure test is used, this substance can be unblocked. However, if the adhesions are bilateral and severe, the pressure test will not be able to clear them.

Why can't the fallopian tube be cleared?

First: Have sex half a month or one month after sewage treatment to prevent infection. Bilateral fallopian tube is blindly passed through the bilateral fallopian tube, generally not recommended for sewage treatment, angiography is the best examination method. The time of angiography is 3-7 days after the menstrual period is over, and it is strictly prohibited 3 days before surgery to find the solution to the fallopian tube blockage.

Second: There is often vaginal bleeding and secretion in the bilateral fallopian tubes. The secretion can also be called leucorrhea. Some women also have blood, blood clots, and vaginal discharge, which is very easy to cause infection. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital for a detailed examination and medication treatment. You can get pregnant again after the fallopian tubes are unblocked one week later. You can do a pre-pregnancy physical examination before planning to get pregnant.

Third: The principle of bilateral tubal fluid is the same. Repeated tubal hydrotherapy is ineffective and repeated fluid is harmful. Repeated fluid may affect the peristalsis of their bilateral fallopian tubes and the shaking ability of bilateral fallopian tube microvilli. After treatment, both sides of the fallopian tube water should pay attention to adequate rest and keep warm. Generally, anti-inflammatory treatment is required for about 3 days. There may be bleeding, so please observe carefully.

Angiography can not only understand whether the menstrual period is smooth, but also the location of the water flow, which can be checked 3-7 days after the menstrual period is over. If there is no fluid infusion or angiography examination, it should not be done if there is inflammation in the gynecological area.
