What kind of abdominal pain is normal during pregnancy

During pregnancy, pregnant women will experience various pains, especially abdominal pain, which occurs almost at every stage of pregnancy. However, abdominal pain can be divided into two types: physiological and paranormal. Physiological abdominal pain is a normal phenomenon and pregnant mothers do not need to worry about it. However, abdominal pain caused by some diseases is an abnormal phenomenon and pregnant mothers need to pay special attention to it. What is normal for widespread abdominal pain?

1. Physiological abdominal pain in early pregnancy

Diagnosis: Everything is normal

Symptoms: Physiological abdominal pain is more common in the early stages of pregnancy, especially in the early stages of pregnancy. At the beginning, many mothers will consciously feel the feeling of their abdomen during pregnancy, and sometimes they will find mild pain and a feeling of falling in the abdomen. As the pregnancy progresses, you will also feel a temporary stretching sensation in different parts of your body. This is a normal phenomenon during pregnancy and is called pregnancy bone closure.

Cause: Mothers who have had a history of cesarean section also have certain adhesions in the wound. During the second pregnancy, because the uterus is getting bigger and squeezed, the abdomen also has a stretching feeling, but this will not affect the normal pregnancy.

2. Ovarian cysts cause twisting and abdominal pain

Diagnosis: Abnormality

Cause: The time of ovarian cyst occurrence is uncertain. Some pregnant women will develop ovarian cysts before pregnancy, while some will develop them after pregnancy. During the prenatal check-up in the early stages of pregnancy, B-ultrasound can be used to check whether the pregnant mother has ovarian cysts. Once found, the pregnant mother should seek medical attention as soon as possible. The symptoms of ovarian cysts will change at different stages of pregnancy, but under normal circumstances, ovarian cysts will not affect the normal pregnancy of pregnant women. It is only when the cysts protrude and form a pedicle that they cause pain due to the distortion of the body.

3. Abdominal pain caused by threatened abortion or premature birth

Diagnosis: Abnormality

Symptoms: Abdominal pain is the main manifestation of threatened abortion, usually caused by paroxysmal uterine contractions. During uterine contractions, the pregnant mother will feel the uterus harden if she presses her abdomen lightly. This type of pain usually lasts about 10 seconds, the pain interval is short, and it is sometimes accompanied by bleeding.

Causes: There are many factors that lead to miscarriage. Common uterine development abnormalities, abnormal estrogen levels in the body, and other systemic diseases may all be causes of the disease. Abdominal pain is an important precursor to miscarriage. If pregnant mothers feel that there is something wrong with their body that causes abdominal pain, they should go to the hospital for a physical examination in time.

4. Inflammatory abdominal pain

Diagnosis: Abnormality

Symptoms: The abdominal pain caused by inflammation varies, sometimes mild and sometimes severe, and the abdominal pain is also irregular. Sometimes there will be mild infection symptoms, accompanied by low fever, abnormal blood count, etc.

Causes: There are many causes of uterine infection during pregnancy. Urinary tract inflammation before pregnancy, such as vaginitis and cervicitis, can cause uterine infection. It should be noted that uterine infection has a great impact on the growth and development of babies, causing poor development of children, and in severe cases it can be fatal.
