Signs of a woman's orgasm

Female orgasm is a symptom of sexual life, which is a normal physiological phenomenon caused by sexual stimulation of women. What are the characteristics of female orgasm

1. Before orgasm, some people will experience sexual blush on some parts of their skin. This is due to blood redistribution, with blood in the body suddenly flowing to the body surface, causing congestion of the superficial blood vessels under the skin. Sexual flush mainly appears on the face, chest, and breasts, and congestion may also occur on the skin all over the body.

2. Muscle tension occurs. Due to the increased muscle excitability, muscle tension occurs in some muscles of the whole body, from involuntary contraction to regular contraction. During orgasm, muscle spasm-like contractions may occur, mainly manifested as cramps in the hands and feet, facial distortion, or twisting of the body.

3. Breathing and heart rate increase. Due to the excitement of the central nervous system, blood pressure rises, muscles contract, aerobic metabolism accelerates, and the demand for oxygen increases, resulting in faster breathing and heart rate. During orgasm, the breathing rate can reach 40 times/minute, sometimes accompanied by rhythmic moaning, and the heart rate increases to 120 beats/minute. In some women, the heart rate can even reach 150-160 beats/minute.

During orgasm, the female vaginal muscles, especially the muscles at the external opening of the vagina, will undergo obvious, violent, powerful and pleasant contractions, which have a significant gripping effect on the penis. This contraction usually occurs 3 to 15 times, once every 0.8 seconds, lasting 2 to 4 seconds, or longer, and bringing a high degree of self-pleasure. 5. The nipple of the breast will experience an erection reaction, the muscle fibers in the breast tissue will contract involuntarily, the blood vessels will become congested, and the nipple will become erect and hard. Female orgasms are generally diverse. A survey and analysis of the orgasms of 936 married women of childbearing age showed that there are eight common types of orgasms: vaginal contraction type, body warmth type, body shaking type, electric current passing type, laughter and carnival type, floating in the air type, moaning and restless type, and drunkenness and haziness type. Some manifestations are the simultaneous occurrence of two, three, or four types. Among them, double and single types are the most common, accounting for about 66%, and the vast majority (about 88%) hug each other tightly during the climax. Of course, 10% to 12% of women have never had an orgasm, about 5% of women only have pleasure but no orgasm; and about 7% of women have neither pleasure nor orgasm.

It should be pointed out that there are obvious individual differences in women's orgasmic responses. Some have strong orgasms, some have weak ones.
