Wear a bra regularly

Correct breastfeeding

At the same time, do not let the baby pull on the nipple when feeding. During breastfeeding, mastitis should be avoided.

Get regular massage

With the nipple as the center, make circles clockwise from the outer edge of the breast to the inside. Do this 10 times for each breast. Bathing breasts

When bathing, use a shower head to rinse your breasts. It is best to alternate between hot and cold sprays. The alternating stimulation of hot and cold helps increase chest skin tension and promote blood circulation in the breasts.

Don't diet

Some mothers, faced with their fat bodies, are eager to go on a diet to lose weight. The consequence of dieting is that the fat tissue in the breasts is also affected. The breasts will inevitably shrink. For postpartum mothers, it takes about a year to gradually restore weight, so don't rush to diet to lose weight, you should use other methods.

Recommended food

When estrogen secretion increases, it can make the breasts more beautiful. B vitamins are essential components for synthesizing estrogen in the body, and vitamin E is an important substance for regulating estrogen secretion. Therefore, you should eat more foods rich in these nutrients, such as lean meat, eggs, milk, beans, carrots, lotus roots, peanuts, malt, grapes, sesame, etc.

Chest exercises

Other measures

If you really can't stand the sight of your breasts, you can also choose breast beauty products, such as breast beauty cream, but most breast beauty creams contain hormones, so don't use them during breastfeeding to avoid affecting the baby. It is possible to use cosmetic surgery to perform breast augmentation, but it carries greater risks and is more expensive, so it should be done with caution.
