The uterus is the organ where women conceive and develop babies. If a disease occurs in the uterus, it can lead to infertility. Generally speaking, there will be no foreign objects in the uterus. If there are any, they can only be some tumors, polyps or other pathological tissues. Once these "foreign objects" appear in the uterus, women should be vigilant. Only by removing these "foreign objects" in time can the health of the uterus be restored faster. Uterine diseases Endometrial cancer In fact, the so-called precursor refers to its early symptoms. It is necessary for both patients and non-sick people to understand it, so that you can have enough time to take the initiative to attack it and protect your health: 1. Increased vaginal discharge: It is another symptom of endometrial cancer, and sometimes it can be the first symptom. In the early stage, it is watery vaginal discharge, and in the later stage, it gradually turns into purulent or bloody vaginal discharge. If you go to the hospital for examination when abnormal leucorrhea appears early, endometrial cancer can be detected in its early stages. With timely treatment, the cure rate is much higher than in the late stages. 2. Postmenopausal vaginal bleeding: It is a prominent and typical symptom of patients with endometrial cancer and can appear in the early stage. The initial bleeding is small and intermittent, with the amount of bleeding being less than the previous menstrual amount, sometimes even so little that only a small amount of blood is left on the underwear. The intervals vary from a few days to several weeks, and occasionally the intervals between bleeding episodes may be longer. Metritis It is also one of the inflammations of the pelvic reproductive organs, and it is more common in women. Its inflammation is also limited to one part, but it can also occur in several parts at the same time. In clinical practice, the latter situation is more common, while acute inflammation may also lead to serious consequences such as diffuse peritonitis, sepsis, and infectious shock. Cervical erosion The cervix is divided into the internal opening and the external opening. The epithelium of the inner opening is a thin, red columnar cell that secretes mucus, and the outer opening is covered by pink squamous epithelium and lines the vagina. The delicate columnar epithelium is easily infected. When long-term chronic inflammation occurs, the squamous epithelium of the external os of the cervix will be covered by columnar epithelium. The columnar epithelium is very thin. If you can see the capillaries and red stroma underneath, it will appear as a red area with a clear boundary from the surrounding squamous epithelium. This is cervical erosion. Uterine fibroids Uterine fibroids, also known as uterine leiomyoma, are the most common benign tumors of the female reproductive system. Most cases are asymptomatic, while a few may present with vaginal bleeding, abdominal masses, and compression symptoms. It may cause pain if the pedicle is twisted or other conditions occur. Multiple uterine fibroids are common. |
