Why is the lower body of a middle-aged woman always wet?

When women reach a certain age, they will enter menopause and their endocrine system will become disordered, so they need psychological and physical conditioning. But why do middle-aged women have chronic moisture in their genitals? This situation occurs before menopause and is closely related to increased vaginal discharge. Of course, too much vaginal discharge is also a disease and requires a gynecological examination. Middle-aged women should also pay attention to taking care of their private parts and wash them with clean water every day.

1. First: The dampness of the lower body is mainly due to increased leucorrhea. The normal vaginal secretions come from the endometrial glands, cervical glands, paraurethral glands, Bartholin's glands, etc. Increased vaginal discharge does not necessarily mean that you are ill, but most of the time it is caused by various gynecological diseases.

2. Second: Normal physiological increase in leucorrhea can occur in the following four situations: During ovulation or pregnancy, the secretion of cervical glands may increase due to increased estrogen levels. Before and after menstruation, vaginal and uterine secretions increase due to pelvic congestion. During lovemaking, sexual excitement causes the Bartholin's glands to secrete a clear fluid to lubricate the vaginal opening, allowing for sexual intercourse. Most of the semen that is ejaculated into the vagina during sexual intercourse flows out of the body and is mistakenly regarded as increased leucorrhea.

3. Third: For gynecological diseases causing dampness in the lower body, a preliminary analysis can be made based on the color, quality, quantity, odor and symptoms of the leucorrhea. After a confirmed diagnosis, treatment can be conducted under the guidance of a doctor in a regular professional hospital. During the treatment of dampness in the lower body, the genitals should be washed. It is better to use warm water, and never use hot water, which will damage the epithelial tissue. When cleaning, choose a cleansing solution prescribed by a doctor, which can inhibit the growth of bacteria. Do not use medication randomly.

Note:

To prevent your genitals from getting wet, be sure to wipe them dry after urinating. The correct way is to wipe from front to back. In daily life, avoid using public toilets to prevent infection. Underwear is also a key factor. In terms of fabrics, generally only wear cotton or silk, and don’t wear clothes that are too tight to prevent a damp and airtight environment. At the same time, underwear should be changed every day and exposed to the sun more after washing to eliminate possible bacteria. During menstruation, you should wash with running water every day, and sanitary napkins and other sanitary products should be changed every day.
