Vaginitis diet

Vaginitis diet

Vaginitis is a gynecological disease with a relatively high incidence rate. It can cause vaginal itching and pain in women, and increase vaginal secretions. If we do not pay attention to the treatment of vaginitis, it will affect women's future fertility. Therefore, for the diet of patients with vaginitis, we must pay attention to light food, eat more vegetables and fruits, drink more water and eat some antibacterial foods.

Dietary precautions for vaginitis: 1. Pay attention to dietary nutrition, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits to keep bowel movements smooth, drink plenty of water to prevent urinary tract infections, and eat some foods with antibacterial functions, such as purslane, houttuynia cordata, maltose, chrysanthemum brain, etc.

Dietary precautions for vaginitis 2. Eat light food. Eat japonica rice, glutinous rice, yam, lentils, lotus seeds, lily, red dates, longan meat, chestnuts, black sesame, black soybeans, walnut kernels and eggs to supplement the nutrients needed by the body.

The third dietary note for vaginitis is to avoid seafood. Aquatic products such as mandarin fish, yellow croaker, hairtail, black fish, shrimp, crab, etc. can promote damp heat, aggravate vulvar itching after eating, and are not conducive to the disappearance of inflammation.

The fourth dietary precaution for vaginitis is to avoid sweet and greasy foods, such as lard, fatty pork, cream, butter, mutton fat, etc., and high-sugar foods such as chocolate, candy, desserts, cream cakes, etc. These foods help to increase moisture and heat, which will increase the secretion and affect the treatment effect.

Fifth, avoid spicy food. Eating too much spicy food can easily cause dryness and heat, which can cause heat and toxic accumulation in the internal organs, resulting in symptoms such as swollen and painful gums, sores in the mouth and tongue, short and red urine, burning sensation in the anus, itching and pain in the front and back of the vulva, thus aggravating the symptoms of the disease.

In addition to the above-mentioned dietary precautions for vaginitis, it is also very important to avoid smoking and drinking. At the same time, if you have already suffered from vaginitis, we recommend that you go to a regular hospital for treatment, because only regular hospitals will be safer.
