What to eat during pregnancy anemia

1. Brown sugar, longan and purple rice porridge: Soak the purple rice one night in advance, peel and wash the longans, cook them together with the purple rice and glutinous rice into a sticky purple rice porridge, and finally add brown sugar for seasoning.

2. Cold-mixed black fungus: After soaking the black fungus, wash it, then blanch it in boiling water for one or two minutes, then add sesame oil, light soy sauce, vinegar, and a little white sugar to season it.

3. Stir-fried pork liver: cut the pork liver into slices about 1CM thick, then put it in a bowl, add a little cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce, mix well, and finally add a spoonful of dry starch and marinate for ten minutes. Heat the pan with cold oil, put the pork liver in and stir-fry until cooked through and then serve.

5. Blood-replenishing steamed buns: Mix corn flour, soybean flour, red date powder and brown sugar into dough, then make it into small steamed buns and steam them for consumption.
