Why do I feel hot in my vagina?

Why do I feel hot in my vagina?

The health of the genitals should be an issue that all women are concerned about. While caring about the health of the genitals, women should maintain genital hygiene. If the genitals are not hygienic, it may cause many genital diseases, among which the most common genital disease vaginitis is caused by genital fungi. Vaginitis has many physical symptoms for women. If there is burning sensation in the genitals, is it related to vaginitis?

What causes vulvar burning?

Burning of the vulva may be caused by vaginitis. Since vaginitis is a general term for a variety of inflammatory diseases of the vaginal mucosa caused by different causes, the type of vaginitis you have should also be identified by smell, color and other symptoms. Under normal physiological conditions, the tissue anatomy and biochemistry of the vagina are sufficient to defend against the invasion of external microorganisms. If it is damaged, pathogens can take advantage of the opportunity to enter and, due to various factors, cause vaginal inflammation. The specific information is as follows:

1. Nonspecific vaginitis

There is a feeling of heaviness and burning in the vulva and vagina, a large amount of vaginal epithelium falls off, the vaginal mucosa is congested, and there is obvious tenderness. In severe cases, general fatigue and lower abdominal discomfort may occur, the amount of leucorrhea is large and purulent or serous. The outflow of leucorrhea irritates the urethra, and frequent urination and painful urination may occur.

2. Trichomonas vaginitis

The vaginal discharge increases and is yellow-white, occasionally with yellow-green pus, often foamy and fishy, and may be mixed with blood when the disease is severe; followed by low back pain, frequent urination, painful urination, vulvar itching, and dull pain in the lower abdomen. The vaginal mucosa is red and swollen, with scattered bleeding spots or strawberry-shaped protrusions, which occasionally cause pain during intercourse.

3. Fungal vaginitis

The prominent symptoms of this disease are increased leucorrhea and severe itching of the vulva and vagina. When the symptoms are severe, the patient may be restless and in extreme pain, and may also experience frequent urination, painful urination, and pain during intercourse.

The leucorrhea is white and thick, resembling dregs of soybean dregs, the vaginal mucosa is highly edematous, the vulva is burning, and there is white flaky film adhering to it, which is easy to peel off. Underneath is an eroded base of the damaged mucosa or a shallow ulcer. In severe cases, ecchymosis may remain, which is a typical symptom of this disease.

Another type of patient has a large amount of watery or purulent leucorrhea without white flakes, moderate redness and edema of the vaginal mucosa, no severe itching or burning sensation, only a feeling of moisture in the vulva.

How do women take care of their vulva?

1. Use sanitary napkins correctly

Avoid using sanitary napkins with medicines or fragrances, and change sanitary napkins frequently, changing them every two hours to prevent menstrual blood from becoming a "petri dish" for bacteria.

2. Wear less tight clothes

How to take care of your private parts in terms of clothing? Try to avoid wearing tight clothes, because clothes that tighten the hips, such as jeans, can cause the body temperature to rise and bacteria to breed, thereby increasing the number of yeast. Wearing such clothes for a long time can easily cause vaginitis.

3. Daily cleaning

This is the most common way of private parts care in daily life. Once a day, it is best to take a shower and rinse with warm water. If there is no shower, you can use a basin instead, but it must be a dedicated basin. Wash your hands first, then clean the vulva from front to back, then wash the labia majora and minora, and finally wash the area around the anus and the anus.

4. Vaginal whitening

The female labia will gradually become darker due to factors such as aging, sexual life, and childbirth. At this time, it is necessary to maintain the private parts of the labia to make them pink and tender. In addition to drinking more water, eating more vegetables, and maintaining a regular schedule and other lifestyle adjustments, you can also use professional private parts whitening products for maintenance.

5. Wear appropriate underwear

Women's underwear should be light-colored, loose-fitting, and made of pure cotton. Underwear must be hand washed, not machine washed or left overnight to prevent bacterial growth. It is recommended to change your underwear every three months.

6. Keep yourself clean

In recent years, some young girls have had sexual activity prematurely for various reasons and have developed sexually transmitted vaginitis. In this regard, young girls should be self-reliant, self-respecting, and self-loving, have a correct understanding of the values of life, keep themselves clean and chaste, and avoid sexual promiscuity.

7. Diet

There are also some things to pay attention to in diet. Eating more fruits and vegetables is very beneficial for the maintenance of private parts. It is best to eat more than 4 kinds of vegetables a day. In addition, eat fish twice a week. It is best to have various cereals and dairy products as the main breakfast. Appropriate supplementation of fiber, folic acid, vitamin C and vitamin E, these nutrients are very beneficial for the maintenance of private parts.
