4. Yingxiang point is the place where wind is felt and also the place where wind stops. If you massage it more often on a daily basis, it will enhance the disease resistance of pregnant women. The method is to press the Yingxiang points on both sides of the nose with your index finger, and massage in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction for about 30 times each. During the massage, there will be a sore and swollen feeling radiating to the forehead.

5. Drinking chicken soup can relieve the symptoms of runny nose or nasal congestion caused by colds in pregnant women. Drinking chicken soup is also very helpful in clearing cold respiratory viruses.
