Vulva sharp wet

Vulva sharp wet

Vulvar warts in women are a relatively common symptom. They are also called vaginal warts. If they are serious, they can lead to cervical warts, which are very harmful. They are also an important cause of cervical cancer in women. Therefore, timely treatment is necessary to avoid greater harm to health. During the treatment process, immunity should be improved to prevent the recurrence of genital warts.

First, the common types of clinical symptoms of female genital warts include vaginal genital warts, cervical genital warts, and vulvar genital warts. This results in differences in the symptoms of the disease. First, let’s take a look at vulvar warts.

Second, the symptoms of vulvar warts are generally typical symptoms of female warts. They start with a few light red, soft, small papules, which gradually increase in size and tend to merge or overlap with each other. The surface is uneven and wart-like. Local damp heat and chronic stimulation often cause them to increase rapidly. The symptoms of female warts can form lesions of varying sizes in the shape of nipples, cauliflowers, cockscombs, or mushrooms. They are soft in nature and easily bleed when touched. The surface is white, dirty, or red due to the infiltration of secretions. The root of the wart is narrow and often has a pedicle.

Third, the surface is moist. Symptoms of genital warts in women often include exudation, erosion, and accumulation of purulent secretions in the cracks of skin lesions, which are prone to secondary bacterial infection and emit a foul odor. Subjective symptoms may include itching, burning pain or pressure. Genital warts in the anus and rectum may cause pain and a feeling of tenesmus.

Fourth, symptoms of genital warts in women may include pain during sexual intercourse and increased vaginal discharge. But 70% of patients may not have any symptoms. During pregnancy or when there is liver disease, warts can rapidly increase in size due to endocrine changes, which may be related to the increase in female hormones.

Differential diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum in women

Most female genital warts are asymptomatic, with symptoms including local itching, pain, bleeding after sexual intercourse and vaginal discharge, and a history of promiscuous sex. The lesions turn white after being applied with 5% acetic acid.

Growth sites: vulva, vagina, cervix, and perianal area. It is common for two sites to occur at the same time, often involving multiple sites in all squamous epithelial-covered areas from the cervix to the anus, presenting as multi-center lesions. In severe cases, the uterine cavity may be involved.

Cervical warts mostly occur in the transition zone of the cervix. They may be single or multiple and may fuse. They are somewhat similar to papillary epithelial hyperplasia, but regular loops can be seen under the translucent epithelium.

Vaginal warts are often multiple, mostly found in the upper 1/3 and lower 1/3 of the vagina. The lesions appear as raised, dense white protrusions, sometimes as a raised keratinized plaque with no blood vessels. One of the characteristics of vaginal warts is that they may regress spontaneously, particularly after treatment of cervical and vulvar lesions.

Vulvar warts are the most common. They are generally soft, pink or grayish white, vascular, sessile growths with multiple finger-like projections on the surface. They initially occur in moist and frictional areas during sexual intercourse, such as the vaginal opening, labia, urethral opening, and hymen, and can also spread to other parts of the vulva or around the anus.
