Take astragalus, raw coix seed, red bean, chicken gizzard lining, tangerine peel, add glutinous rice and cook into porridge. It can be eaten to treat residual edema caused by chronic nephritis and pyelonephritis. However, it should be made clear that people with a thin and rapid pulse and a red tongue, which are considered kidney yin deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine, should not take it. |
