For expectant mothers, you all hope that the fetus can grow healthily in the mother's body. At this time, you should check the fetus's development regularly, and you should pay more attention to your daily diet and daily routine to provide the fetus with the best living environment. However, for expectant mothers in the early stages of pregnancy, you should know when the yolk sac begins to appear in the fetus. This is a basic condition for judging whether the fetus is developing normally. If the yolk sac is not seen for a long time, you should listen to the doctor's advice and have an abortion. Generally, if there is still no fetal heartbeat after two months, the doctor will recommend abortion. Before the embryo is seen, when the gestational sac is still small, you may only see the yolk sac at first. As the embryo grows, the yolk sac will gradually disappear. The gestational sac and the yolk sac are not the same. The gestational sac is the primitive placental tissue, a small embryo wrapped by the amniotic membrane and vascular network. The gestational sac is the initial form of pregnancy. At that time, the fetus has not yet formed, and the gestational sac comes first, followed by the yolk sac. When the embryonic sac can be seen on B-ultrasound, it is almost the same time when the yolk sac appears. First there is the yolk sac, then the embryonic bud and the fetal heart. The presence of a yolk sac indicates that the embryo can develop. 1. The gestational sac is the initial form of pregnancy. It is a small embryo wrapped in the original placental tissue by the amniotic membrane and vascular network. The fetus had not yet formed at that time, but the fetal heartbeat was already there when the embryo bud appeared. 2. The gestational sac is very small at the beginning and then grows slowly. Generally speaking, after 5 weeks of pregnancy, a small gestational sac can be seen on B-ultrasound, which occupies less than 1/4 of the uterine cavity, or a fetal bud can be seen. If it is a normal intrauterine pregnancy, the gestational sac can be seen in the uterus through B-ultrasound around 40 days of pregnancy. However, due to individual differences in the time of conception, some pregnant women may not be able to see it until around 45 days. 3. Usually, when HCG reaches 1000U/L, vaginal ultrasound should be able to identify the intrauterine gestational sac. This is around the 4th or 5th day of the 5th week of pregnancy. When HCG reaches 6500U/L, abdominal ultrasound can identify the intrauterine gestational sac. Therefore, vaginal ultrasound will be more accurate. If the intrauterine gestational sac is not seen on the 49th day of pregnancy during a normal menstrual cycle, ectopic pregnancy should be suspected. The yolk sac is formed after the embryo develops body folds and the archenteron is clearly divided into the archenteron within the embryo and the yolk sac outside the embryo. It contains a large amount of yolk. The wall of the yolk sac is formed by the extraembryonic endoderm and the extraembryonic mesoderm. Seeing the yolk sac indicates that the embryo is normal. The earliest content of the gestational sac that can be observed by ultrasound is the yolk sac. The yolk sac is an important transport system between the embryo and the mother. |
