What are the signs that menstruation is coming?

Everyone has different premenstrual symptoms. Generally, there will be an increase in secretions, an increase in vaginal discharge, or abdominal pain and a feeling of heaviness. Some female friends may also feel slight swelling of the breasts, fatigue, general weakness, mental depression or irritability, restlessness, insomnia, and a heaviness in the pelvis. Some people also gain weight and experience edema 1-3 days before their period, especially swollen fingers in the morning and swollen lower limbs in the afternoon.
