Do you have symptoms of drowsiness during early pregnancy?

Pregnancy is a special period for women. The entire pregnancy lasts for forty weeks, during which time women's bodies undergo great changes. The entire pregnancy period is medically divided into three stages: early pregnancy, mid-pregnancy, and late pregnancy. Do women experience drowsiness symptoms in the early pregnancy? The early stage is a stage when the fetus develops relatively quickly, but it is also the most unstable period. Pregnant women need to protect themselves well, and it is normal to feel sleepy.

It is normal to feel weak, tired and exhausted in early pregnancy because the fetus is growing and the mother needs to slow down her body. The symptoms of drowsiness in early pregnancy are generally more severe, mainly due to changes in hormone secretion in the body. If you cannot rest at noon, try to get enough rest and sleep at night. Rest here does not mean sleep, as long as you lie down to ensure that there is enough blood supplied to the fetus to increase oxygen supply. After the first trimester, most expectant mothers will have much better energy. Of course, you will still feel tired in the late pregnancy, but you will not be as exhausted as in the early pregnancy.

There are three main reasons why expectant mothers have great mood swings in the early stages of pregnancy:

One is excessive worry. I am always worried about whether my body can handle the task of carrying a fetus and whether the fetus is normal. I feel conflicted while feeling happy and worried.

The second is the early pregnancy reaction. Severe morning sickness and other reactions can affect the mood of expectant mothers.

The third is psychological tension. In addition to the joy of a successful pregnancy, expectant mothers also feel confused and helpless about their future life because concerns about issues such as caring for the baby will lead to a certain degree of psychological anxiety, irritability and uneasiness.

From now on, expectant mothers should try to be open-minded about everything and not be too fussy or concerned. Because you are two people now, if you are unhappy, he/she will not be happy either. Your unhappiness will affect his/her healthy development. I would also like to give special advice to expectant fathers here. For the sake of your TA, you should be more considerate and caring to your beloved wife, and use her as a temporary punching bag for a period of time to keep the mother and baby in the best mental state.

Will I suffer from insomnia during early pregnancy?

The process of pregnancy often brings many physiological changes and discomforts, one of the most disturbing problems is insomnia. Doctors recommend that expectant mothers go to bed before 10 o'clock every day and get 8-9 hours of sleep. It is worth noting that many expectant mothers simply cannot sleep well.

There may be many reasons for insomnia, including psychological stress of pregnancy and depression in early pregnancy, as well as physical factors such as frequent urination and discomfort, all of which may cause insomnia.

The occurrence of symptoms such as insomnia is closely related to hormonal changes. The two main hormones that have an impact during pregnancy are estrogen and progesterone, which can cause expectant mothers to have greater mood swings and reduce their tolerance to stress. In addition, changes in eating habits can also affect the quality of sleep during pregnancy. Expectant mothers should try to avoid drinking coffee, strong tea, fried foods, etc.

In the later stages of pregnancy, nearly 80% of expectant mothers are troubled by frequent urination, running to the toilet day and night, causing insomnia. Allergies are also a contributing factor to insomnia. Symptoms of delayed food allergy reactions include insomnia, anxiety, headaches, etc. In the later stages of pregnancy, cramps often occur, causing insomnia.
