How to eliminate breast milk

Accessory breasts are actually a common acute breast development disease in women. There are many reasons for accessory breasts, but most people don’t know much about them. In fact, accessory breasts are very harmful to the human body and will have a great impact on women’s health. If women have accessory breasts, they must be eliminated in time, otherwise it will cause serious consequences. So how can accessory breasts be eliminated?

How to remove accessory breast

1. Choose the right bra size

It is important to choose the correct bra size and try it on when purchasing. Do not buy based on size alone, as the specifications and sizes of bras from different brands vary, so be sure to try it on when purchasing. Now many underwear manufacturers have launched functional underwear to address the problem of excess breasts. If you don’t know how to wear it correctly, don’t be shy and ask the saleswoman for help. After all, your body shape will follow you throughout your life, so it is important to choose the right size of underwear.

2. Wear it correctly

Lean forward to put on the bra, fasten the back buckle, adjust the shoulder straps, and then use your left and right hands to push your breasts, including the underarm breasts and breasts under the bust, into the cups. You should adjust your bra when you put it on and every time you go to the bathroom. After a period of time, the breast fat will have a chance to move to the correct position.

3. Sports Massage

You can do exercises to expand your chest and slim your arms, and use the contraction of the pectoralis major and arm muscles to improve the condition of your accessory breasts. You can massage your accessory breasts every morning and evening, with your hands hanging naturally, and you can see the concave and convex parts between the armpits and the chest. Use your middle finger and thumb to gently pinch the concave part repeatedly with appropriate force, 30 times on each side. Use your fist to push the protruding accessory breast from the outside to the inside with the strength of your knuckles, 30 times on each side. Use your left hand to push the right breast, and vice versa for the left breast.

4. Liposuction

If the protruding tissue of the accessory breast is too large, or often rubs against the skin, causing recurrent eczema or inconvenience in life, you may consider removing it. There are two ways to remove accessory breasts. If the accessory breasts are caused by improper dressing or simple fat accumulation, liposuction can be used to remove them, and the wound is about 0.5 cm. If there is breast tissue inside the accessory breast, the breast of the accessory breast needs to be removed. In this case, excision surgery is chosen. The knife is cut along the crease line of the armpit, and a 2-3 cm incision is made. The wound will be hidden in the armpit.

5. Do dumbbell exercises

Dumbbell exercises can help eliminate armpit fat and strengthen the chest muscles. Doing this exercise regularly can effectively eliminate accessory breasts. First, place your upper arms close to the sides of your body, hold the dumbbells tightly with both hands, and move your lower arms as upward as possible. Then, stretch your entire arms on both sides of your body, and finally bring them together in the middle. Repeat this movement 20 times a day.
