Symptoms of pancreatic dysfunction in girls

Girls must pay attention to controlling their pancreas in normal times, because only in this way can they ensure that they will not get sick. The pancreas is divided into two parts, one is the pancreas and the other is the exocrine gland. If it is insufficient, it will lead to diabetes and even cause high blood sugar. Blood sugar can no longer be within the normal control range, which will cause many complications.

Overview of the Pancreas

The pancreas has two parts: one is the pancreas, which is an exocrine gland that produces pancreatic juice; the other is the islets, which are like islands in the sea. They are organs composed of piles of cells inside the pancreas. The islets are endocrine glands that produce insulin. Therefore, the pancreas is the only gland in the human body that is both an exocrine gland and an endocrine gland, a special organ.

The pancreatic exocrine fluid or pancreatic juice is entered into the duodenum through the pancreatic duct, which contains various digestive enzymes. There are also scattered island-like cell clusters in the pancreas, called islets of Langerhans. The β-cells of the pancreatic islets secrete insulin, which has the effects of lowering blood sugar and promoting the synthesis of liver glycogen. Pancreatic α-cells secrete glucagon, which promotes the breakdown of liver glycogen and increases blood sugar. Insulin and glucagon feed back on each other to keep blood sugar stable within a small range. If for any reason there is an absolute or relative deficiency of insulin, diabetes will result.

Steps/Methods:

1 Spleen deficiency syndrome refers to the symptoms caused by spleen weakness in traditional Chinese medicine, mainly including vomiting, diarrhea, edema, bleeding, amenorrhea, leucorrhea, cold limbs, and excessive salivation in children. The patient may vomit easily if he is not careful with his diet. The vomiting will come and go, and he has poor appetite, difficulty digesting food, abdominal distension, bland mouth but no thirst, pale face, fatigue, pale tongue, thin white fur, and weak pulse.

2. The stool is loose or diarrheal, which is prolonged and recurrent. The food is not digested completely, the appetite is reduced, and there is abdominal distension and discomfort after eating. The frequency of bowel movements increases after eating greasy food. The complexion is sallow, the spirit is tired and listless, the tongue is pale with white coating, and the pulse is thready and weak. The blood in the stool is dark purple or even black, or there is blood in the urine, hematemesis, epistaxis and purple spots, fatigue, shortness of breath and low voice, pale face, dizziness, pale tongue, thin white fur, and weak pulse.

3. The vaginal discharge is continuous, the amount is large, the color is light yellow or white like mucus and saliva, and it is odorless. The patient also has a pale yellow complexion, mental fatigue, loss of appetite, back pain and abdominal distension, or swelling of the lower limbs and loose stools. Amenorrhea is often accompanied by symptoms such as loss of appetite, fullness in the abdomen, and loose stools. Fatigue, sallow complexion, and abundant and thin saliva. The main symptoms are slight twitching of hands and feet, cold limbs, drowsiness with open eyes, and thin breath from the mouth and nose.

Note:

It is very necessary for everyone to understand the symptoms of a bad spleen in a timely manner so as to detect abnormalities in time and take effective treatment and care measures in time to effectively reduce its harmfulness.
