What are the symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency in women?

The human body often experiences symptoms of weakness, and many internal organs will become weak, such as kidney deficiency, heart deficiency, etc. In addition, some people often suffer from spleen and kidney deficiency. For the problem of spleen and kidney deficiency, patients must maintain adequate sleep time, exercise more often, and avoid strenuous exercise. They can do exercises such as jogging or brisk walking. So if a woman suffers from spleen and kidney deficiency, what symptoms will usually appear?

Symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency in women:

Spleen and kidney deficiency, the most common condition is spleen and kidney yang deficiency, usually the comprehensive manifestations of spleen deficiency and dampness, and kidney yang deficiency, generally with fatigue, chills and cold limbs, dizziness, weakness, insomnia, frequent urination at night, edema, chronic diarrhea, cold pain in the lower abdomen etc. Women are also prone to symptoms such as dysmenorrhea, scanty menstruation, irregular menstruation, and thin leucorrhea.

Deficiency of both spleen and kidney: refers to insufficient kidney yang and weak fire in the gate of life. When fire fails to generate earth, spleen yang loses its healthy function, resulting in a symptom of deficiency of yang in both spleen and kidney. Clinical manifestations include sore waist and cold knees, fear of cold, indigestion, difficulty urinating, frequent urination at night, edema, and diarrhea at dawn.

Symptoms of spleen deficiency: pale complexion, dizziness, easy sweating, shortness of breath, poor appetite, fatigue, abdominal distension, loose stools or blurred vision, deafness, loss of taste in food, pale and tender tongue, white tongue coating, weak and slow pulse, etc. If the spleen qi fails to rise due to dampness and food stagnation, symptoms include heaviness in the head, fatigue, loss of appetite, abdominal distension or pain, thick and greasy tongue coating, and a deep and slow pulse.

Symptoms of kidney deficiency: Mainly manifested as pale complexion, lack of energy, fear of cold, decreased physical strength, sore waist and weak legs, impotence and premature ejaculation, decreased libido, oliguria and edema, poor appetite and loose stools, tender and plump tongue, white and slippery tongue coating, deep and weak pulse, etc.

When the spleen is weak, people will not be able to hold up their chest, and it will collapse at the horizontal line of the two breasts; teeth will fall out with the roots, and there will be no strength when chewing food, all because of spleen weakness; joint pain is caused by aging and imbalance of the spleen and kidneys.

Spleen failure cannot be felt under normal circumstances, but when manual examination is used, as soon as the spleen's energy is pushed, the whole body's weakness will be exposed - bulging eyeballs, dizziness, general fatigue, weak lower limbs, bowel movements only once every few days; during sleep, the meridians and collaterals have no strength. Brain problems are best treated remotely. The farther away from the brain, the more sensitive the nerves, the faster the reflexes, and the more obvious the effect.

The heart, liver, spleen and kidneys are both interconnected and mutually restrictive. Spleen failure stems from the fact that "when one organ fails, another organ also fails." Under certain specific circumstances, the five internal organs help each other, restrict each other, depend on each other, and maintain each other. Otherwise, exhaustion will occur.
