Why does a woman feel pain all over her body?

I believe that most women have a problem with body aches, but they don’t know the cause. There are many reasons for body aches. Women may feel very tired while taking care of the family and working in the workplace. It may also be that women are generally weaker than men and will feel uncomfortable if they don’t pay attention. But any pain has a reason. So what causes women’s pain all over the body?

1. Excessive exercise

When people engage in strenuous exercise, the decomposition of glycogen accelerates and oxygen consumption increases, causing the muscles to temporarily be in a state of relative hypoxia. At this time, glycogen can be converted into lactic acid via pyruvate and stored in the muscles. When lactic acid accumulates in the muscles, it will stimulate the chemical receptors in the muscles to become excited. The excitement is then transmitted to the cerebral cortex, causing a feeling of soreness. At the same time, due to the accumulation of substances such as lactic acid, the osmotic pressure in the muscles increases, causing the muscle tissue to absorb more water and produce local swelling, and also a feeling of soreness and swelling. Another explanation for muscle hypoxia is that when muscles become fatigued during exercise, insufficient relaxation of local muscle fibers causes mild spasms, which compresses the blood vessels in the muscles and blocks blood flow, causing muscle ischemia and hypoxia. At this time, the muscles become stiff and sore. In order to avoid or reduce muscle soreness, you should do warm-up exercises before exercise. The exercise should be gradual (such as a small amount of exercise at the beginning and gradually increasing it later). After exercise, you should do some muscle relaxation activities or massage tired muscles to promote smooth blood circulation.

2: Wind, cold and dampness

When you get cold outside or stay in a damp and cold place for too long, the external pathogens will fight with the body's positive energy and the Ying and Wei, and the body will feel sore; and rheumatic factors will act on the joints of the limbs, causing them to have abnormal metabolism and secrete abnormal factors, resulting in body aches.

3: It’s related to sleeping posture and bed

On the other hand, it may be related to the hardness of the bed. You can change your sleeping position appropriately, or switch to a bed that is slightly harder. In addition, you should pay more attention to physical exercise, walk more, and dredge the body's meridians.
