1. Cause

The cause of spontaneous milk leakage after childbirth is mostly due to weak Qi and blood, insufficient Qi in the middle, or stagnation of heat in the liver meridians and abnormal secretion, which force milk to overflow.

2. Symptoms

The symptoms caused by different causes are also different.

(1) Symptoms caused by Qi and blood deficiency include hard and swollen breasts, thin and clear milk, no breast pain, fatigue and shortness of breath, pale tongue with thin coating, and weak pulse.

(2) Symptoms caused by liver meridian stagnation and heat are hard breasts, thick milk, depression, irritability, and even palpitations and insomnia, constipation, yellow urine, red tongue, thin yellow fur, and a stringy and rapid pulse.

The typical clinical manifestations are that postpartum milk overflows naturally without being sucked or squeezed by the baby. The milk is generally milky white or yellowish white, and there are no lumps in the breasts, with or without pain.

3. Massage

Milk-raising recipe :

Recipe 1 :

Wash one pound of papaya and half a pound of rice ginger, add 50 ml of rice vinegar, put them in a casserole and stew for 40 minutes before eating.
