B-ultrasound chart of early symptoms of hydatidiform mole

Pregnancy is a very happy thing. For women, it is very important to have a healthy and happy baby. However, it is easy for unexpected situations to occur during pregnancy, such as hydatidiform mole, which is a grape-like distorted condition. Now let us understand the situation of early ultrasound examination of hydatidiform mole.

B-ultrasound of early symptoms of hydatidiform mole:

Women who are unaware of hydatidiform mole may mistakenly believe that they are pregnant in the early stages. Because the symptoms of hydatidiform mole are similar to those of pregnancy, they will also experience the same symptoms of early pregnancy. However, when they go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination, they will find pregnancy spotting in the vagina, abnormal enlargement of the uterus, abdominal pain, and high blood pressure. These are all symptoms that will appear in the early stages. Through B-ultrasound examination, we can find that what is created in the woman's uterus is not a test tube embryo, but a string of small blister-like objects, just like red grapes, which belong to poor trophoblasts. Tumoral hydatidiform mole is indeed a disease with an unknown cause, but we must treat hydatidiform mole as soon as possible after it occurs.

Medical experts believe that the occurrence of hydatidiform mole is related to health status, socioeconomic development and age. Abnormal enlargement and loosening of the uterus of hydatidiform mole patients, inability to feel the embryo and inability to hear the fetal heartbeat may all be caused by hydatidiform mole. Therefore, when we first discover hydatidiform mole, we need to go to the hospital for B-ultrasound examination. Although hydatidiform mole looks the same as pregnancy on the surface, there is no fetus in the pregnant woman's abdomen. When we check in April or May, we cannot find the embryo and hear no signs of the fetus. Therefore, it is necessary to check in time, and never wait until the belly becomes fat, as this will have a great impact on women.

B-ultrasound examination can indeed understand the problem of hydatidiform mole in women, but the most convenient examination method in clinical medicine is ultrasound examination, which is a very important auxiliary examination method for diagnosing hydatidiform mole. If it is hydatidiform mole, we can use ultrasound examination, which can clearly see small blister-like fetal masses, while B-ultrasound examination cannot clearly see them.

The difference between normal pregnancy and hydatidiform mole:

1. During a normal pregnancy, the fetal sac will grow and develop, and under B-ultrasound observation, it can be found that it is growing and developing regularly, and the HCG test in the blood and the hormone test will be within the range of normal pregnancy.

2. If there is abnormal data in ultrasound examination, blood HCG test and hormone test of hydatidiform mole, amenorrhea will occur when hydatidiform mole occurs, but vaginal bleeding will occur in three months or later, and the bleeding will be more or less, and intermittent.

3. In the early stages of pregnancy, the pregnancy cycle will generally be exceeded, and the pregnant woman will not feel the baby's movements, nor will she feel any fetal masses, and will not hear the fetal heartbeat. If vaginal bleeding is detected with small blister-like masses, this can confirm the diagnosis of fecal hydatidiform mole.

4. The difference between normal pregnancy and hydatidiform mole is mainly diagnosed through ultrasound examination and HCG examination. Through these examinations, it can be determined whether it is a normal pregnancy or hydatidiform mole. Therefore, women must be checked immediately if they think they are pregnant to avoid other diseases that may have adverse effects on the body.
