Dizziness and blurred vision after pregnancy are common symptoms of hypoglycemia in pregnant women. Pregnant women with mild hypoglycemia may experience dizziness, unsteady steps, or even blacking out, blurred vision, or even fainting when they suddenly stand up or walk.

1. When pregnant women experience hypoglycemia, they should replenish sugar in time to increase blood sugar levels. If the symptoms are severe, they should be sent to the hospital for glucose injection in time.

2. When pregnant women experience hypoglycemia, they should immediately supplement sugar to increase blood sugar levels. Any form of refined sugar such as cola, juice, candy, and oral glucose tablets are fine. If a pregnant woman has a severe hypoglycemia reaction, she will need to increase the amount of oral carbohydrates, such as steamed buns or bread or fruit, after correcting the hypoglycemia.

3. For pregnant women who inject long-acting insulin, in order to prevent recurring hypoglycemia, they can also add protein foods that are slowly digested and absorbed, such as milk or eggs.

4. For pregnant women who are unconscious but still able to swallow, put sugar or glucose between their cheeks and teeth and let it dissolve before swallowing. If there is still no improvement within 10 minutes, the patient should be sent to the hospital immediately for intravenous glucose solution.
