Generally, uterine cancer will have more obvious symptoms in the early stages. If you can find it in time, it will be very helpful for the treatment effect. The incidence of uterine cancer is gradually increasing in our lives, and we must pay attention to it. .1 Increased vaginal discharge Increased vaginal discharge mainly refers to increased leucorrhea, which is the most common early symptom of uterine cancer. It accounts for about 82.3% of patients. Of course, increased vaginal discharge is not a symptom unique to cervical cancer. Among married women, 99.35% of those with increased vaginal discharge do not have cervical cancer. The increase in vaginal discharge in cervical cancer is due to the presence of cancer stimulating the hypersecretion of cervical glands. As the cancer develops, turbid, rice-washing water-like or purulent and bloody fluid can be seen secreted from the vagina, which has a peculiar odor, even a foul smell. These are symptoms caused by necrosis and shedding of cancerous tissue and secondary infection. Some patients may also develop vulvitis secondary to this. 2. Irregular vaginal bleeding Vaginal bleeding accounts for 81.4% of cervical cancer patients. This bleeding often starts after sexual intercourse or defecation. Some people bleed after physical activity or gynecological examination, and their menstruation is also irregular. Initially, the bleeding is light and often stops on its own. In the late stage, cancer invades large blood vessels, or because the cancer itself is rich in blood vessels, massive bleeding may occur. Long-term chronic bleeding or acute bleeding can cause patients to experience anemia symptoms. Therefore, if women experience vaginal bleeding many years after menopause, they should be alert, as this is an early symptom of uterine cancer. 3. Pain This is one of the common symptoms of late-stage cervical cancer. The cancer compresses the nerves in the pelvic cavity, causing pain in the lower abdomen, lower back or thighs. If the cancer invades the rectum, constipation and anal swelling may occur. If it compresses the bladder, frequent urination, urgency, pain and hematuria may occur. 4. Metastatic symptoms The metastasis of cervical cancer generally increases as the disease progresses to a later stage, but it is not uncommon for early stage disease to metastasize. The metastasis of cervical cancer, in addition to the lymphatic system, is more common in the lungs, bones and liver. At this time, early symptoms of uterine cancer may include anemia, weight loss, fever or uremia. 5. Abdominal mass The lump is found when the abdomen is accidentally touched. It is painless but will gradually increase in size over time. This is not considered a major symptom of uterine cancer. |
