Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome: This type of person has both Yin and Qi deficiency symptoms Yin deficiency means that there are signs of heat at the same time as kidney deficiency, such as hot palms and soles, hot and irritable heart, dry mouth and throat, short and yellow urine, dry stool, thin and red tongue, and little tongue coating. Symptoms of Qi deficiency include fatigue, shortness of breath, laziness to speak, spontaneous sweating (sweating when not sleeping or doing nothing), weak urination or residual urine after urination, and increased sweating during activity. What to do with kidney deficiency? Kidney deficiency is usually caused by excessive indulgence or long-term overwork.
