Menstruation is one of the physiological characteristics of women, and everyone's cycle is different. It occurs approximately every 28 to 30 days. It is normal to have a period a week late or early. Everyone has some symptoms before their period comes. These symptoms may make people feel uncomfortable, but as long as we learn a few ways to relieve them, we can face them easily. From the various symptoms before the menstrual period to the discomfort after the menstrual period, I have to admit that being a girl is very hard and you have to be prepared for your period all the time. (1) Breast pain: often distending pain or stabbing pain, which may affect one or both breasts, with one side being more severe. Patients with severe pain cannot touch the breast, and may even affect their daily life and work. The pain is mainly in the breast lump, and may also radiate to the armpit, chest, ribs, shoulders and back of the affected side; some patients may experience nipple pain or itching. Breast pain often occurs or worsens a few days before menstruation, and is significantly relieved or disappears after menstruation; the pain may also fluctuate with mood changes. This pain related to the menstrual cycle and mood changes is the main feature of the clinical manifestations of breast hyperplasia. (2) Breast lumps: lumps can occur in one or both breasts, singly or multiplely, and are more likely to occur in the upper outer quadrant of the breast, but can also be seen in other quadrants. The shapes of lumps include flake, nodular, cord-like, granular, etc., among which flake is the most common. The boundaries of the lumps are not obvious, the texture is medium or slightly hard and tough, the lumps are mobile, there is no adhesion to the surrounding tissues, and there is often tenderness. The lumps vary in size, from the size of a millet grain to the size of more than 3 to 4 cm. Breast lumps also have the characteristic of changing with the menstrual cycle, with the lumps increasing in size and becoming hard before menstruation and decreasing in size and becoming soft after menstruation. (3) Nipple discharge: A small number of patients may experience nipple discharge, which is spontaneous discharge and straw yellow or brown serous discharge. (4) Menstrual disorders: Patients with this disease may experience irregular menstruation, scanty or light-colored menstruation, and may be accompanied by dysmenorrhea. (5) Emotional changes: Patients often feel depressed or irritable, which worsens when they are angry, stressed or tired. Suggestion: Go to the hospital for B-ultrasound examination for further treatment. As mentioned above, I thought the breast pain would go away after my period ended, but it didn't. What is the reason if the symptoms persist? You should go to the hospital to consult a doctor to find out the exact cause. If it is physiological, there is no need to worry. If it is pathological, early treatment is the key. After all, the body is the capital of the revolution. Regular physical examinations and caring for the breasts are important. Appropriately not wearing a bra is also a protection for the breasts. |
