After seasoning, eat the meat with porridge, and take it in two times. Take 1 dose daily before menstruation, and 3 to 5 doses during each menstrual cycle.

2. Blood heat type

For one pound of lettuce, add 1000cc of water and boil until 500cc of water is left. This can be consumed regularly in winter. Early menstruation due to Qi deficiency: 1 liang of black beans, 3 qian of Codonopsis pilosula, 1 liang of brown sugar, boil the three ingredients together and drink the soup.

3. Liver Qi Stagnation Transforms into Intermittent Fever

You can use two taels of motherwort granules, 2 eggs, add appropriate amount of water and cook them together. After the eggs are cooked, peel the shells and take out the eggs, then cook for a while. After removing the residue, eat the eggs and drink porridge. Take before menstruation.
