For women, what they need to pay more attention to than pregnancy is miscarriage. Some women are prone to miscarriage for unknown reasons. Habitual miscarriage is very harmful to women's bodies. Therefore, if miscarriage occurs, it is necessary to find out the cause and eliminate the miscarriage caused by physical reasons to prevent secondary miscarriage or habitual miscarriage. 1. Abnormal fertilized eggs. Miscarriage caused by abnormal fertilized eggs accounts for more than half of spontaneous abortions, especially in early miscarriages. Someone analyzed 1,000 cases of miscarriage and found that 48% of the fertilized eggs were abnormal. After pathological analysis, it was found that 63% of them had poor egg development, early division and degeneration of the fertilized eggs, leading to miscarriage. Fertile egg abnormalities are caused by defects in the sperm, egg, or both. In the early stages of pregnancy, the mother's lack of vitamins, folic acid, hyaluronidase and other substances hinders the normal development of the fertilized egg. 2. Prostaglandin factors: Some people have found that amniotic fluid samples from cesarean section termination of pregnancy do not contain prostaglandin F2 or F2a, while in amniotic fluid samples from spontaneous abortion, the concentrations of these two prostaglandins are very high. Prostaglandin-like active substances are also present in the peripheral venous blood of pregnant women. This proves that the high frequency of uterine contractions during spontaneous abortion is caused by endogenous prostaglandins. 3. Chromosomal abnormalities: Chromosomal studies of spontaneously aborted fetuses found that 60% had karyotype abnormalities. Abnormal karyotype is often accompanied by a structural abnormality such as that of the fetus or placenta. 4. Endocrine disorders: Excessive estrogen and insufficient progesterone are the causes of early miscarriage. Because during the 12th to 14th week of pregnancy, the placenta is formed and replaces the function of the corpus luteum of pregnancy, endocrine disorders are prone to occur at this time. In addition, thyroid hormone deficiency hinders the cellular oxidation process, as well as hyperthyroidism and diabetes, which can all lead to miscarriage. 5. Placental abnormalities in early pregnancy, decidualitis can cause bleeding or proliferation of the basement membrane, dissolution of the chorionic epithelial cells or decidual cells, obstruction of blood vessels in the villi, affecting the absorption and transportation of nutrients, causing the fertilized egg to separate from the attachment point, bleeding and miscarriage. Massive placental infarction can reduce placental function, affect fetal survival, and even cause miscarriage. |
