How to pay attention to menopause

Due to the special physiological structure of the body, women are very prone to damage to the functions of their internal organs, especially for middle-aged and elderly women. After a certain age, their body condition deteriorates. Menopause is a problem that every woman needs to face. Generally, women will stop ovulating around menopause, which is the common menopause. During this period, it is even more important to take care of the body.

Menopause is a necessary process for every menopausal woman. During this process, patients will experience various discomforts, which will endanger their physical and mental health. Experts point out that pre-menopausal symptoms in women include emotional instability, anxiety, suspicion, insomnia, depression and other changes. Menopause changes from normal menstrual cycles to irregular vaginal bleeding. Sometimes the menstrual period is prolonged or becomes continuous vaginal bleeding, which lasts for 1-2 months or more. Heavy vaginal bleeding may also occur, and the patient may develop anemia, sallow complexion, general fatigue, palpitations, and shortness of breath.

Menstrual cycle disorders are most common before menopause. The interval between menstrual cycles is long, from the normal 20-30 days to 2-3 months or even longer. The menstrual flow may be normal or less than before, and the interval between menstruation gradually increases to 4-5 months or half a year, and then stops completely. A small number of female patients may also experience sudden menopause.

Because the endocrine system of women is in a disordered state during menopause, the body's immune system is relatively weak and is easily invaded by various pathogens, leading to the occurrence of other diseases. Therefore, we call menopause menopausal syndrome. Women in menopause should pay attention to increasing nutrition and maintaining a happy mood. If conditions permit, they can go out for travel to relieve emotional stress, and they can also regulate body functions through proper exercise.
