Stretch your chest muscles more. Stretching your chest muscles can make them more flexible. Key points of the movement: Take a half step forward with your right foot, straighten your chest and abdomen, raise your left arm until your upper arm is parallel to the ground, then bend your forearm to a 90-degree angle with your upper arm, place your forearm against the back of a fixed object, and push your body forward until you feel your chest muscles stretched. Pause for 30-60 seconds. Repeat this stretching on both sides. You can do this 2-3 times a day.
