The vulva is a special part of the female body. The skin there is thin and wrinkled, and there is pubic hair on the labia majora. In addition, the female vagina has more secretions, so the humidity and temperature of the vulva skin are relatively high.

In addition to being conducive to the growth and reproduction of bacteria, the warmth and moisture of the skin can also cause itching because under conditions of continuous moisture, the skin will be more sensitive to various stimuli. At the same time, the vulva is close to the vagina, urethra and anus, and is easily contaminated by bacteria, so fungi, bacteria and their metabolites are one of the common pathogenic factors of vulvar eczema.

3. Keep the skin of the vulva clean and dry. If there is a lot of exudate, wash and wipe it dry in time.

4. Local treatment: Apply compound Conal Cream, which is a very suitable medicine for treating vulvar eczema. Apply thinly topically 2 to 3 times a day. Note that before applying the medicine each time, you need to clean the skin of the application area with 3% boric acid solution, and wait until it is dry before applying the medicine.
