What is the reason for the flocs in women’s urine?

Some people always inadvertently find flocs in their urine when they are in the toilet. Many people think this is a trivial matter and most don’t pay much attention to it. In fact, this phenomenon is a signal sent by the body. There are many reasons for the formation of flocs in urine. It is the wisest choice to go to the hospital for treatment in time. So what should you do if there are flocs in the urine! What are the reasons that lead to this phenomenon?

Patients with pyelonephritis have turbid urine and may have visible hematuria. Urinalysis may reveal a large number of white blood cells or pus cells. The most common reason for turbid urine is that the urine is too alkaline, which causes phosphate crystals to precipitate in the urine and makes the urine turbid. If acid is added to this kind of urine, the white turbidity will disappear, which is the opposite of proteinuria. After meals or drinking large amounts of milk can cause an increase in phosphates in the urine. Other causes of turbid urine are severe urine infections. The rare chyluria is caused by blockage of the lymphatic vessels by parasitic filarial worms.

The main causes of cloudy urine are:

1. Chylous urine: The urine is milky white like milk, and sometimes there are small jelly-like clots. This is more common in lymphatic system diseases.

2. Pyuria: When the urine is mixed with a large number of white blood cells and inflammatory tissue fragments, the entire urine appears dirty white and turbid. This is mostly caused by bacterial infection, often accompanied by obvious symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency and pain when urinating.

3. Hematuria: When there are a large number of red blood cells in the urine, the urine will be light red, and in severe cases it will be red. This is gross hematuria. When red blood cells rupture, urine will appear the color of pork washing water, which is hemoglobinuria. The presence of gross hematuria and hemoglobinuria indicates lesions in the kidneys and other urinary system organs, common prostate diseases. In addition, when a large number of casts and mucus threads appear in the urine, the urine will become turbid when it is excreted.

Patients with chronic pyelonephritis should strengthen their physical constitution and improve their body's defense capabilities. Eliminate various inducing factors such as diabetes, kidney stones and urinary tract obstruction. Actively search for and remove inflammatory lesions, such as prostatitis in men, paraurethral gland inflammation, vaginitis and cervicitis in women. Reduce unnecessary catheterization and urinary tract instrumentation operations. If catheterization is necessary, antibacterial drugs should be used prophylactically. Women who have destructive sexual life should urinate immediately after sexual intercourse and take a dose of SMZ-TMP orally. During pregnancy and menstruation, you should pay more attention to vulva cleanliness. During menopause, take 1-2 mg of nialstradiol 1-2 times a month to enhance local low resistance.

The presence of flocs in urine is a sign of illness. If it happens to women, it is probably related to inflammation such as vaginitis and cervicitis. Most of the time, this symptom should be treated with medication, and during the treatment period, do not have sex. It is important to pay attention to personal hygiene. It is best to change your underwear every day and avoid taking a bath in a tub.
