What is polycystic ovary syndrome?

The ovary is an important structure in women. For our female compatriots, only when the follicles are fully developed and mature can their functions be complete, so the eggs released will be mature and healthy. If the follicles are immature, they cannot ovulate normally or the quality of the eggs released during ovulation is poor, which often affects normal conception. Polycystic ovary disease often causes such a situation, so it is recommended that everyone go to the hospital as soon as they feel unwell to avoid the disease not receiving reasonable and effective treatment.

Causes:

1. Pituitary gland problems

One of the causes of ovarian hypoplasia, common diseases that lead to abnormal ovulation include pituitary prolactinoma, hyperprolactinemia, and Sheehan syndrome. High prolactin levels can inhibit ovulation.

2. Hypothalamic anovulation

Primary organic factors, primary functional factors, secondary organic lesions, and secondary functional factors.

3. Premature ovarian failure

In some women, follicular hypoplasia is caused by premature ovarian failure. The patient has normal menstruation in the early stage and even has a history of childbearing, but then the menstruation becomes rare until complete amenorrhea. The follicles in the ovaries of such patients have been exhausted, and it is impossible to use ovulation-stimulating drugs to promote follicle development.

4. Polycystic ovary syndrome

Polycystic ovary is one of the causes of follicular dysplasia. In addition, excessive weight loss, mental stress, and other physical health factors can lead to female endocrine disorders, which can directly affect the development of female follicles.

treat:

If the follicles are underdeveloped, forcibly using ovulation-inducing drugs in a short period of time to force ovulation will cause the eggs to be released, but they will be immature and therefore cannot lead to normal conception. Even if the sperm and egg combine, miscarriage, stillbirth, etc. are likely to occur.

Best time for treatment:

① Treatment should be carried out 3 to 8 days after the menstruation ends;

②Ovarian function is restored 3 to 6 months after treatment;

③The peak of pregnancy is 6 to 9 months after treatment;

④The natural pregnancy rate is as high as 90%.

Here, the editor still wants to remind everyone that once you find phenomena such as poor follicular development, inability to get pregnant, weight gain, and excessive hair growth, the chance of suffering from polycystic ovary is very high. Be sure to go to a regular hospital for treatment. Also, don’t go to small clinics just because you are shy. In fact, the hygiene in those small clinics is generally not up to standard, so if you get infected after completing the treatment, it will be even worse. It is also good to exercise regularly.
