Cinnamon beef stew: Cut 500g beef into small cubes and put into the oil pan, add 2 cardamoms, 5 star anise, 20g cinnamon, 1 piece of dried ginger, 2g Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry repeatedly until the moisture of the beef is dried up, add brown sugar, soy sauce, salt and water into the casserole and stew for 6 hours. Steamed meat pie with deer antler powder: Chop 200g of pork belly into small pieces, add 3g of deer antler powder, minced ginger, a little water starch, soy sauce and sugar, add appropriate amount of clean water, mix well and steam in a steamer for 1 hour. Red ginseng and cinnamon chicken: Chop a hen into pieces and put it into a casserole. Add 10g red ginseng, 10g cinnamon, 10g angelica, 1 piece of dried ginger, appropriate amount of water, a little salt and simmer for 2 hours.
