Can blocked fallopian tubes lead to biochemical pregnancy?

Nowadays, many people suddenly find out that they have an ectopic pregnancy when they are expecting a baby after they become pregnant. However, I don’t have a very in-depth understanding of this type of disease and have never heard of it before. So I really want to know, is ectopic pregnancy caused by fallopian tube blockage?

In fact, the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy has little to do with fallopian tube blockage. Generally, after the sperm and egg combine, they will become sperm-egg fusion, and the next step is to carry out embryo implantation. In fact, the most critical thing about ectopic pregnancy is that the combination of sperm and egg does not achieve the actual effect of embryo implantation, or it means failure. If the fallopian tubes are blocked, pregnancy is not possible.

Ectopic pregnancy often occurs because of abnormalities in the combination of sperm and egg. If there are abnormalities in the sex chromosomes of both parties, there will be certain defects in the combination of sperm and egg after fertilization, and ectopic pregnancy will easily occur in the end. Or there may be something wrong with the woman's uterus, such as incomplete uterine development or uterine disease, which will prevent the sperm and egg from combining to form an embryo, leading to an ectopic pregnancy.

If a woman is in a state of high anxiety when preparing for pregnancy, and is always worried that she will not be able to get pregnant, this will cause great psychological pressure, which will affect the implantation of the embryo and may also cause ectopic pregnancy.

So what exactly causes ectopic pregnancy?

Normal pregnancy is when the sperm and egg swim into the uterus and the embryo implants, and then it slowly develops from the pregnant mother to absorb nutrients. An ectopic pregnancy occurs when the sperm and egg do not swim to the uterus to implant, or when they swim there but do not have sex, which leads to an ectopic pregnancy. There are two key reasons why test tube embryos fail to implant successfully.

1. Test tube embryo factors: If the quality of the test tube embryos themselves is not good, they will naturally be eliminated. The quality of test tube embryos depends directly on the egg cells and male sperm. The quality of these two is actually related to our daily lifestyle. For example, smoking, drinking, staying up late, overwork, etc. all affect their quality.

2. Uterine factors: Uterine hypoplasia, uterine cervical fibroids, uterine intrauterine polyps, intrauterine adhesions, uterine wall tuberculosis, etc. all affect embryo implantation.
