How do you get vulvar ulcers? Vulvar ulcer is a kind of genital ulcer in the female genitals. This place is more prone to disease because the skin here is relatively thin and it is easy to breed many bacteria. Vulvar ulcer is one of the symptoms. So, how do you get vulvar ulcers? Next, we will introduce the causes of vulvar ulcers in detail.

The following are the causes of vulvar ulcers:

1. Vulvar ulcers are mostly caused by vulvar inflammation, such as nonspecific vulvitis, herpes simplex virus infection, Behcet's disease, private tuberculosis, syphilis, lymphogranuloma venereum, etc.

2. About 1/3 of vulvar cancer presents as ulcers in the early stages. Some people believe that vulvar ulcers are a special development link of eye-mouth-sex syndrome.

3. Herpes simplex virus is the most common cause of vulvar ulcers. The disease has a high degree of contact infection, such as sexual infection, fetal malformation and the patient's own carcinogenic effects, and therefore has caused widespread concern.

4. Chancroid is a disease caused by Haemophilus Ducrey through sexual intercourse. It is also a common sexually transmitted disease with ulcerative changes.

5. Infectious factors, autoimmune factors, environmental factors, genetic factors, tissue metaplasia or tumors may cause inflammation of the private skin and subcutaneous tissue, resulting in microcirculation disorders, partial ischemia, infarction, and tissue rupture.

6. Genital herpes ulcers vary in size, with small blisters appearing in groups. They are curable but recur frequently. Eosinophilic inclusion bodies can be found in the fallen somatic cells and can be identified.

7. The ulcers are multiple, of varying sizes, with clear blotches and red halos around them. The secretions are dark gray or light yellow. The patient has a history of unclean sexual behavior. The presence of papules, pustules, and ulcers in multiple locations throughout the body is a characteristic of this disease.

8. Acid-fast staining of secretions or histological pathology can help in identification.

9. The secretion of lymphogranuloma venereum is light yellow slurry. The ulcers are superficial, curable, and produce fistulas. Serological tests and acid-fast staining to look for somatic cell inclusion bodies can be used for diagnosis.

10. Bilateral inguinal lymph node enlargement, softening and ulceration after unclean sexual intercourse are the main manifestations of the disease and can be distinguished from other symptoms.

11. The early ulcers of syphilis are shallow, painless, bright red inflammatory lumps, ring-shaped, 1 to 2 cm in diameter, with serous purulent secretions on the surface. In the middle and late stages, there are often scattered roseola, papular syphilis and pustular syphilis all over the body, which are often distributed symmetrically, which is the characteristic of the disease. Finding Treponema pallidum in the transudate and serological tests can confirm the diagnosis.

The above are the causes of vulvar ulcers. I believe that after reading the above article, everyone has already understood what objects may cause symptoms such as vulvar ulcers. So, if you suffer from this kind of disease, seek treatment as soon as possible to avoid delaying the best time for treatment and aggravating the condition.
