What does a positive pregnancy test mean?

Many young couples are at a loss as to what to do when they suddenly experience early pregnancy reactions. There are signs of pregnancy, such as nausea and vomiting, back pain, and fatigue. Many friends need to check to confirm whether they are pregnant. For example, many friends will find that their urine pregnancy test is positive. What's going on?

A weak positive result means that the woman is pregnant, but the pregnancy has just happened and has not lasted long.

There is bad bleeding, there is a possibility of miscarriage, and ectopic pregnancy.

Do you sometimes have pain on both sides of your lower abdomen? This usually happens when you are more than one month pregnant. It may take more than 40 days for the pregnancy to be detected through B-ultrasound. If you don’t have abdominal pain now, listen to the hospital and go back for a check-up in a week.

A normal fertilized egg implants, grows and develops in the uterine cavity. If the fertilized egg develops into a blastocyst and then implants and develops in an organ or tissue outside the uterine cavity, it is called an ectopic pregnancy. Generally speaking, the most common type of ectopic pregnancy is tubal pregnancy, accounting for about 90%. This is because the sperm and egg combine in the ampulla of the fallopian tube to become a fertilized egg and gradually move to the uterine cavity. If there is chronic inflammation in the fallopian tube causing adhesions around the fallopian tube, the fallopian tube is twisted, narrowed, blocked, or the fallopian tube is dysplastic, the fallopian tube is too long, there is tumor compression, or the fallopian tube is reopened after ligation surgery, etc., these can affect the normal operation of the fertilized egg in the fallopian tube, so it "settles" in the fallopian tube before reaching the uterine cavity.

Because the wall of the fallopian tube is very thin and the tube is relatively thin, it cannot adapt to the needs of the growth and development of the fertilized egg. Therefore, the fallopian tube will rupture shortly after pregnancy, causing bleeding. If not rescued in time, it will often endanger life.

Some young women have an ectopic pregnancy after their first pregnancy. After a period of treatment, the ectopic pregnancy is cured. However, since they do not have children, they still hope to have one, so they worry about whether they will have another ectopic pregnancy if they become pregnant again. When one fallopian tube is removed due to ectopic pregnancy, there is still a possibility of ectopic pregnancy occurring again in the contralateral fallopian tube. According to surveys, among women who have had ectopic pregnancy, 10% to 15% will have another ectopic pregnancy, 50% will be infertile, and 35% to 40% may have a normal intrauterine pregnancy.

The article lets us know that a positive urine test for pregnancy actually means that the pregnancy is confirmed. A positive reaction means that a little life is slowly growing in your belly. Mothers should pay attention to eating more nutritious food to protect their children's health.
