How to care for thick yellow leucorrhea

If the leucorrhea is thick and yellow, then it is a sign of abnormal leucorrhea. However, many women do not pay much attention to these issues in their lives, which can cause great harm to our reproductive health. Therefore, female friends must understand what causes the leucorrhea to be thick and yellow so that they can treat it scientifically.

Generally speaking, the color of leucorrhea is transparent or even white after menstruation, and yellow before menstruation. If the leucorrhea is yellow-green, pus-like, or even dark brown or contains blood, it may be caused by bacteria, chlamydia, gonorrhea infection or cervical cancer. If the infection is caused by anaerobic bacteria, there will be a unique "fishy smell"; general bacterial infections will also produce bad odors, and severe pelvic inflammatory disease will even have a pus smell.

Normal discharge should be watery and slightly sticky, but if the discharge is solidified, tofu-like or cheese-like, and comes in clumps, it may be a fungal infection called Candida albicans.

Correct ways to care for your vagina: * Wash and dry your body again after swimming, hot springs and SPA * Avoid sexual intercourse when you have vaginal infection * Wash with a weakly acidic shower gel * Develop a habit of taking a bath every day * Reduce irritating, fried and spicy foods * Eat more fruits and yogurt rich in vitamin C, drink more yogurt * Wear less jeans, tights, leggings and other non-breathable pants * Get enough sleep to relieve stress and increase your body's resistance

Because women are easily affected by some gynecological diseases, we can only reduce some adverse effects and harms as much as possible if we know more about these common sense. Therefore, in daily life, women should pay more attention to the health and hygiene of their private parts and take good care of themselves during menstruation.
