What causes menstrual disorders?

Nowadays, more and more women are suffering from infertility or menstrual disorders. In fact, menstrual disorders are very likely to lead to female infertility, and many women think that if menstruation is disordered, there may be problems with their uterus. In fact, it is not necessarily the case. It may also be caused by other reasons.

Medical research has shown that a girl's first menstruation can only occur when body fat accounts for at least 17% of her body weight, and body fat accounts for at least 22% of her body weight to maintain a normal menstrual cycle. Excessive dieting will cause a large amount of fat and protein to be consumed in the body due to insufficient energy intake, affecting menstruation and even causing scanty menstruation or amenorrhea. Therefore, women who pursue a slim figure must not diet blindly.

Long-term sulking or suffering from major mental stimulation and psychological trauma can lead to menstrual disorders or dysmenorrhea, or amenorrhea. This is because menstruation is formed after the hormones secreted by the ovaries stimulate the endometrium, and the hormones secreted by the ovaries are controlled by the release of hormones from the pituitary gland and hypothalamus. Therefore, any abnormality in the function of the ovaries, pituitary gland, or hypothalamus will affect menstruation.

Women should not overwork during menstruation, because overwork will deplete Qi, and Qi deficiency will cause blood to lose control, which can easily cause excessive menstruation, prolonged menstruation, and even metrorrhagia.

For women, the abuse or frequent use of large amounts of antibiotics can lead to menstrual disorders, anovulation, amenorrhea, etc. This may be because the drugs suppress and damage the body's own resistance, leading to body dysfunction.

Other reasons include: cold stimulation, electromagnetic wave influence

Therefore, if you have menstrual disorders, don’t feel too nervous. You should first find out the cause of the menstrual disorders, and then regulate your body. No matter what the situation is, as long as you seriously and actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment, it will basically get better. You should also pay attention to your diet and lifestyle. Give yourself a good living environment, and girls should know how to love themselves.
